We have for auction this Prince Buster All Stars LP 'It's Burke's Law - Jamaica Ska Explosion'.
It is a Jamaican 1965 1st pressing on the Islam label - very rare!
The record is in VG condition. It retains its original sheen - it has quite a few hairlines on both sides plus a scratch and a mark on side 2. There is some low-level surface noise across both sides but no clicks, pops or skips - whilst it looks G, it plays VG. Centre labels have some light wear with some spindle traces.
The original sleeve is in G+ condition. It is all intact - it has some heavy wear to all edges and ringwear both sides, plus the name 'EILEEN' written in pen on the back.
UK postage cost is £4.00 for second class 'signed for' mail, £5.50 for first class 'signed for' mail. We ship worldwide using eBay's 'Global Shipping Programme' only
This LP will be sent in a brand new, strong bespoke record mailer with stiffeners for maximum protection. We have over 20000 positive feedbacks and a 100% rating, so you can have full confidence in buying from us. If you have any queries at all on this LP, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Thanks for looking!
We use the Record Collector grading system -
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be mint.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection-filler.
