This is an original 1968 promo LP:  SMOKE - CARRY ON YOUR IDEA (Uni).
Record is very glossy with only a few faint marks that cannot be felt. 

Gatefold cover looks great with some wear / stress (see scans) - no split seams - small "DR" written on back cover - promo sticker on back cover.
