This is an original copy of the 1957 very first pressing of Elvis' Christmas Album on RCA mono LP LOC-1035. 1S/1S stampers, indicating the very very earliest pressing. Original "long play" top-dog silver print labels and gold lettering on the spine. The disc has maybe one or two very light superficial scuffs but barely. Really it is nearly perfectly mint. It plays absolutely flawlessly and just beautifully. There is barely any scuffing to see and really it plays just fantastically. The cover has some issues, but is still intact and in decent shape. Gold lettering on the spine. There is a small split at the top of the spine (see photo) and a slight fraying of the spine "tape" at the center where the disc touches the edge. There is some wear along the right edge as well (see photo) and some general age and scuffing. The booklet is complete and still attached, but a few of the photos are bleeding through to the other side, as you can see in the photos. I don't know what caused it; it doesn't seem like water damage. Maybe it was a printing error, I don't know, but there it is. Also short seam splits at the top (see photo) but none at the bottom. Worn but not really all that bad. I have seen way worse. The disc, anyway, plays beautifully.
