Offered is Tammy Wynette Womanhood Vinyl Record - Epic KE 35442, Released in 1978.
Condition is sealed in factory shrink wrap.
Nice, vintage sealed Tammy Wynette record.  The shrink has a tiny ware spot on the upper top left, bottom left and bottom right corners - see corner images.  There is a small crease on the lower left - can also be seen in the close up.  There is a price sticker on the upper right.  I checked Discogs and looks like 1978 was the only year this was made so I am assuming this is a 1978 first press.  KE 35442 on side top and bottom, 35442 on lower left back. 
Will ship in a MoFi Crystal Clean Outer Sleeve - see last image.
