As seen in the photos, this album is in excellent condition except for on the front top right hand corner there’s a little delamination or maybe it was a water stain. Other than that front and back look very good the back has a couple creases on it might be hard to see in the photos, so please zoom in to inspect closely. the actual vinyl album sleeve has separation on one of the edges, but not totally separated through the whole side.
