Having really enjoying listening to Andy Abbott's music for ages, i'm delighted to announce this release which is his from his new ADRA project. ADRA comes from Andy's full name....Andrew Derek Ross Abbott.
This superb recording was written and performed by Andrew Derek Ross Abbott using twin-neck Ibanez electric guitar, various effects pedals, and three loud amplifiers. No synths, no overdubs, no edits.
Recorded at YSP Chapel, West Yorkshire on 30th November 2022 by Joe Osbourne. Mastered by Joe Osbourne. Artwork by Clare Carter.
Quotes on the insert from "The Book Of Machines" and "The Book Of Machines (Concluded)" in Erewhon by Samuel Butler (1872).
Released as a individually numbered 8" clear vinyl lathe cut disc which plays at 33rpm. Cut by Phil Macy @ 345RPM.
Comes with full colour printed record labels, handmade and stickered bright blue card large centre hole sleeves and insert. Each lathe cut comes with a download with extra music recorded at the same sessions.
