* Unless stated NEW/Sealed …. If listed as new, I rarely sell anything factory sealed as it’s a liability to me if something is wrong such as a warped, scratched, scuffed or cracked vinyl. All items are opened, inspected, photos taken and placed in poly sleeves.

* Your album (if not sealed) may be packed in order to prevent any damage such as placing Obi strips inside the jacket to keep it from tearing and the vinyl placed inside its sleeve but behind the jacket to prevent seam splits. Items listed as new means they have never been played, the only handling of the item was during opening, inspecting, photos taken.

* Any item labeled used is in VG+ condition, has been played and tested to validate no serious defects or play issues unless stated at the top.

* I take a lot of pride in my collection, my feedback and in the packing of items to ensure buyer is satisfied. I’ve been buying, collecting and selling for over 20+ years with 100% positive feedback. I am a private collector selling from my personal collection that consists of over 2000 vinyl. All Vinyl is properly stored in professional cabinets, upright, indoors and cleaned regularly. Buy with peace of mind. All items listed are in as stated condition.

* Shipping is set to include insurance as USPS tends to not respect packages so this protects me the seller and you the buyer.

* Payment is due within 24 hours of winning auction or I will cancel order. Positive feedback will be left once buyer has confirmed order and left positive feedback. Buyers who cancel bids ( without contacting me first ) as well as non-paying buyers will be blocked. Please see all photos and ask any questions before purchasing!

* Your item will be packed with care by a 20+ year eBay veteran and record collector. Experienced buyers only, please. Unsolicited offers via messaging are not welcome and will result in blocking. Rest assured a good experience by seeing my long history of positive feedback!

* All packages are shipped with insurance coverage at invoice total ( minus shipping and taxes ) for lost / missing / damage to package while in transit ) One a package shows delivered, the insurance is no longer valid and it does not cover stolen package. So when your item is scanned as delivered, it is not my responsibility and any claim filed will be denied. All items are photographed and shipping boxes / packages are photographed before shipping to validate condition of item, items and packaging. These precautions have been taken to protect myself against dishonest buyers and fraud claims.

* All orders have photos of the item, packing, packed etc taken before shipping due to false claims where buyers claim damage when received trying to get a return, refund or discount. If I have made an error on my end, I will make it right, but for dishonest buyers, do not purchase from me as I will involve all necessary parties and dispute.
