Complete and original Mono PMC 7027. First ever pressing. Yellow & Black Parlophone label. First press matrix. 1 Mother to Side 1. Gatefold Wide Spine Flip Back Laminated Sleeve in excellent condition, with original excellent condition ‘flame’ ‘fool’ inner, and Near Mint Peter Blake designed cut-outs. First press -1/-1 matrix, early mother stampers, and KT tax code embossed to Side 2 label.

VINYL. NEAR MINT

The vinyl is absolutely superb. Nr Mint/Excellent.

It retains a beautiful deep glossy sheen, sits flat to the record deck/turntable. Stunningly clean labels, and lively spindle holes.

Side 1 has just one non feelable hairline (pictured), and is otherwise near mint.

Side 2 is floorless. Mint and stunning.

Clean, bright, and very little spindle ware. (Near Mint).

Side 2.

As side 1, though perhaps nearer excellent than near mi t. Embossed KT tax code. (Excellent)

‘FOOL’ INNER. EXCELLENT.

Just some minor age related ware/discolouration, and a tiny clear cello tape repair to one side (pictured), that’s barely noticeable, to the ‘Patents Applied For’ red & white inner.

CUT-OUTS. MINT/NR MINT.

The dark green Peter Blake designed cut-outs are Mint. No creases/marks etc. Beautiful.

OUTER WIDE SPINE INNER FLIP-BACK GATEFOLD SLEEVE. EXCELLENT.

The increasingly rare wide spine really is excellent. Have barely seen a better one, with the spine having very little creasing/signs of ware, other than two very small scuffs a few inches to the right of the text.

The text is beautifully clean and legible, amazingly so, given it’s close to 60yrs old.

The front panel is again excellent. Beautifully clean, with just minor creasing near the spine, but again it’s barely visible.

The rear panel has perhaps a little more creasing, but nothing of any real consequence, and for the most part, only really visible under angled light.

The inner flip-back is again excellent. Evident (as always) creasing to the inner spine, but the panels are glossy, whilst the pictures are beautifully clean.

I’ve rarely seen a mono wide spine with such little general ware, with even the edges showing very little scuffing etc. The grading of excellent is perhaps a little conservative. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.
