The sleeve has rubbing, is frayed, brittle, and has a hole in the back. The inlay is turning yellow, fragile, and has a crease. The record is in very good condition. I'm not a record grader nor do I know anything about grading them. I found this as well as many others at an estate sale and know nothing about them.
