Record is in excellent condition! Inlay has a slit on bottom where the record sticks thru. Other than that the inlay is in really good condition. Sleeve has frayed edges/corners, some rubbing off occurring where Record marks are visible. But of creasing on bottom of both sides.
I'm not a record grader nor do I know anything about grading them. I found this as well as many others at an estate sale and know nothing about them.
