Record is in excellent condition. Has some dust on it as you can see in pics. Inlay has small holes on the 3 edges where the record touches. The sleeve/cardboard is dirty, yellowing, frayed corners, and has some creasing and rubbing. You can see the record circle around it as well.
I'm not a record grader nor do I know anything about grading them. I found this as well as many others at an estate sale and know nothing about them.
