Very Good (VG): Noticeable groove wear and light scratches. Surface noise will not overpower the music.
Good (G): Can play without skipping. Significant scratches, surface noise, and groove wear.

I’ve bought a lot of records from ebay and Discogs and have sold a few but am very familiar with grading and I hate it when a record arrives in poorer condition than listed.
