Mark Five "Search Your Mind b/w Determination" 1967 
Here's a great NW Rock historical piece from 1967.  The record is easily vg+ condition - close to vg++.  It looks like there's a double label on each side.  Included is the "News Flash" fan club promotional flyer.  It's a great read - fantastic description of the band - well hyped.  Also included is a business manager card from Albany, Oregon. 
We obtained these pieces from the Ed Dougherty of EJD Enterprises - the foremost concert promoter here locally for more than a decade starting in the 1960s.  He brought names as big as Johnny Cash, The Mama's and the Papa's, Yardbirds, The Doors and Pink Floyd.
