White cover with black label on black vinyl. This was released as a supplement to a 12" 12 track named "Almost Everything - The BBC Sessions" Unique item for any Nirvana fan to add to their collection, good Nirvana bootlegs are hard to come by.
This record has never been played, and has been housed in the same sleeve since purchase.
