The sleeve is in good condition. For the most part it looks great, with just a couple minor issues. Some wear on the edges, a ring around the record, and wrinkles by the corners.
The record has some blemishes and very light scratches, though it looks great aside from that.
The inner sleeve looks great. No tears that I could find, the sides have held up well, no stains or marks. There's a couple wrinkles, which is just about all that sets this back from being near perfect condition
