This is the holy grail of Grateful Dead records it is a masterpiece of sounds that reflect the era in which it was recorded. In addition it is an original 1970 recording- that appeals to dead heads and to the rest of the population because of its ambience that captures an era that will never be repeated.
Mobile fidelity sound labs purchases virgin vinyl from Japan-the finest vinyl available- they produce a product in limited quantities at a 1/2 speed master that creates the nicest sound possible.
A note of clarity: the original recording of this record was in 1970 by Warner brothers records- this recording was done in 1979 by mobile fidelity sound labs. If you haven’t heard mfsl records- you haven’t heard anything yet!!!
