CONDITION EXTRA ### Very few for sale of this Australian First Pressing!!! Be Warned: this is one of the most emotionally intense albums of the last forty years from the one & only Leonard Cohen!!! ### The Vinyl Record is described as Excellent in condition. There are a reasonable number of extremely fine hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. Plays with average to above average background at the beginning of Tracks A1/B1 but this in no way interfered with my listening enjoyment. The other tracks play with average background throughout with no skips. The Cover is described as Very Good Plus. A couple of 2cm tears to the opening edge. Visible ring wear, colour fading & scuffing on the surfaces. A few fine cracks along the spine. Light general wear with a little paper loss to the corners/edges.
