Finally on colored vinyl: Making Mirrors, the third and final studio album by Australian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Gotye, will be released as a color LP special edition!

First released on August 19, 2011, it quickly became a huge global success and is probably the most significant album in the career of Gotye (real name Wouter André "Wally" De Backer) to date, bringing him worldwide fame and recognition. It is known for its innovative sound, as it successfully combines different genres, including pop, alternative rock and electronica, and has won many awards.

For example, Making Mirrors was voted the number 1 album of 2011 by listeners in Australia and went platinum in Poland just one day after its release. It received almost universally positive reviews from music reviewers around the globe and was praised for its creativity and originality.

After countless international chart successes, as well as gold and platinum awards, the musical accolade followed in 2013, when the album won the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album. In addition to the Grammy Awards, the album also won the ARIA Award for Best Male Artist Album.

Gotye and Making Mirrors owe this international fame above all to the success of "Somebody That I Used to Know". The song became a worldwide hit and won several Grammy Awards in its own right. The collaboration with New Zealand singer Kimbra on this track also contributed to the huge success of the album.
