Absolutely stunning copy of Mart Robbins’ Gunfighter Ballads and Trail Songs, the classic featuring El Paso, on Columbia mono C-1349. Original 6-eye labels. The disc is just beautiful and plays just about flawlessly and truly beautifully. There are a handful of noticeable scuffs and light marks but barely. They are entirely superficial and don’t affect the play in the least. The cover has a bit of light wear but is still quite lovely as well. There is some ringwear and a bit of surface creasing and slight scuffing, but not bad. There is some tape on the center of the spine, and some on the lower right edge, presumably where small splits were beginning. Still it is a pretty lovely cover, as you can see. This is really a very nice original copy and it sounds just fantastic.
