White Stripes 2xLP PROMO Get behind me satan (2005 USA 300 issued) NM/EX/NM

On Third Man Records (Cat: XLLP191P) Original 180gm vinyl double LP released in 2005 in USA in a limited edition of just 300 worldwide.

This record has been play graded and the sound quality is perfect on all but one track ‘I’m lonely but I’m not that lonely yet’ which has a loud click and then crackles about half way through. On closer inspection it looks like a small scratch, or defect during manufacture – it does play through this, but it is the only sound issue on the two records – if not for this, record two would have been graded higher. Record 1 is graded NEAR MINT, Record 2 is graded EXCELLENT.  (NOTE: I only grade as MINT discs that are sealed or genuinely have not been played). The cover is in near-perfect condition (see below) and is graded NEAR MINT.

The card cover is non-laminated, and all edges and corners are sharp, with no wear, and the print on the spine is perfect. Both front & rear surfaces have no major issues – no writing, no stickers, no residue, no major creases – just a thin mark on the ‘A’ side (next to the seat, and parallel with the edge) which extends about 10cm long – see photo. This is the only blemish on the cover. There are no other issues with the cover, which is graded NEAR MINT.

GRADING: Records are graded using the Rare Record Price Guide – please ask if you require further information. I always play grade the records I sell, unless sealed or stated otherwise.

PACKAGING: This item will be protected inside a strong thick card pro-mailer with a stiffener – see my feedback.  I prepare a record (unless factory sealed) for despatch by re-packaging it in a new polythene-lined inner sleeve, and place it separately from the company cover to avoid splitting the seam. The record could otherwise slip around inside and cut through the edge of the card cover. To add further protection, I place the whole package inside a polythene outer slip case. If you have an alternative request for packaging, please contact me before making payment.
