From the estate of a DJ, who had a treasure trove of 45's, most of which were promo. Highland 1175, produced in 1967, white promo label version. Side A is Part I of the song, Victim of Circumstance; Side B is Part II. Found in a plain brown sleeve. The DJ inked the release date or the date he/she received the 45 - the date is 2/13/67. The vinyl LOOKS GREAT with no scratches on clean vinyl, will grade NM.
