I am new to grading vinyl, but I am using Discogs grading standards to help.
Disc is VG because of the surface noise between tracks. Otherwise, the disc itself looks really clean with only minor marks. There are no pops at all. I was tempted to make it VG+
Double EP book is in VG+ shape with light shelf wear and only one cover crease. Very well preserved. All pages and flip backs are strongly attached.
Disc sleeves do not have any seam splits.
