This is the deep groove pressing of Art Pepper “The Return of…” on Score SLP 4032, the first reissue of the rare Jazz West LP. The playing surface is in new condition, with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once. The dead wax has the Jazz West “JWLP-10” catalogue number, indicating that this recording is from the same masters as the original issue. The coated fame cover is MINT – immaculate in every respect and looks like it just came from the factory. Personnel include Jack Sheldon, Russ freeman, Leroy Vinnegar, and Shelly Manne. $200.00
