CONDITION EXTRA ### With HEY LITTLE GIRL & GREAT SOUTHERN LAND, this Icehouse Classic is still a sparkle of magic!!! ###  The Vinyl Record is described as Excellent+++ in condition. Very few signs of play with only a few barely visible hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. Plays with below average background. The Cover is described as Excellent & is structurally sound with no seam splits. A couple of light spot stains on the rear. A few half-cm tears along the opening edge. Light ring wear & scuffs on the surfaces. A few fine cracks along the spine. Light general wear with a little paper loss to the corners/edges.
