This is the original deep groove RVG-etched pressing of Bennie Green “Walking Down” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7049. Other than two light inaudible scuffs on Side A, the playing surface is in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The laminated West 50 Street cover is also in extraordinary condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout – with sharp corners and unworn seams; very slight age toning at the left and right edges of the back slick. Original glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Eric Dixon, Lloyd Mayers, Sonny Wellesley, and Bill English. $250.00
