This is the original deep-groove RVG-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Baby Face Willette “Face to Face” on the West 63trd labels of Blue Note BLP 4068. The playing surface has normal inaudible storage splotching along the rim; two small inaudible scuffs on the first track of Side 1 and a small inaudible mark at the beginning of Side 2; however, there is a beautiful luster and the record appears to have been played perhaps once; “Review Copy” stamped on the Side 1 label. The laminated New York 23 cover is in near-new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout – with just an ¾” ding at the top right corner; “Review Copy” stamped at the top of the back slick. Blue Note inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Fred Jackson, Grant Green, and Ben Dixon. $200.00
