This is the original promo copy of Elvin Jones & Richard Davis “Heavy Sounds” on the white labels of Impulse AS-9160. The playing surface is in new, unused condition, with a high luster; the line below “Promotional Copy” on both labels has been inked out. The laminated gatefold cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout – with “Promotional Copy” stickers on the front and back; the bottom 2” of the spine shows light edge wear and lamination lifting/flaking. Impulse inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Frank Foster and Billy Greene. $100.00
