Please examine the photos for condition. I am not a record expert and can not confidently grade this. It is not in mint condition. I've edited this listing. The initial post there had an error.
The cover is clean without creases. There’s a hint of separation on the top. See pics.
I did not clean the album. I do not have the right items to do so and thought it better for someone who knows what they are doing to handle that. There are some light fingerprints on each side.
Hope this goes to a real fan. Made the price attractive as I am selling it ungraded.
I will package this carefully and ship quickly.
