CONDITION EXTRA ### MUCH SOUGHT AFTER Grammy Award Winning Album!!! The Vinyl is NEAR PERFECT!!! ###  The Vinyl Record is described as Near Mint in condition. Very few signs of play with only a few barely visible hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. Plays with below average background. The Cover is described as Very Good Plus & is structurally sound with no seam splits. An old water mark & a few half-cm tears along the opening edge. A small stain to front top edge. Slight creasing to the corners & near the opening edge. Some light ring wear & scuffs on the surfaces. A few fine cracks along the spine. Light general wear with a little paper loss to the corners/edges. The Lyrics Insert is intact with some horizontal creasing across the bottom & light foxing spots. It is in Very Good Plus condition.
