This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped pressing of Jackie McLean “McLean’s Scene” on the purple and silver labels of New Jazz NJLP 8212. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a nice luster; however, there is a small pressing blister on the first track of Side B that creates six low-level thumps; normal inaudible storage splotching on the first track of Side A. The laminated cover is in extraordinary condition – bright, clean and immaculate throughout; nearly imperceptible clear tape repair on the bottom seam. Personnel include Bill Hardman, Mal Waldron, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor. $150.00
