CONDITION EXTRA ### MUCH SOUGHT AFTER ALBUM!!! Coming to you Live from the Dallas Brooks Hall, this album was recorded in April 1976 as Renee Geyer's 'farewell' concert before relocating to the United States ### The Vinyl Record is described as Excellent+++ in condition, very close to Near Mint. Very few signs of play with only a few barely visible hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. Plays with below average background. The Gatefold Cover is described as Excellent & is structurally sound with no seam splits. Round black sticker on front. Light ring wear & scuffs on the surfaces. Some paper loss to the top & bottom of the spine. A few fine cracks along the spine. Light general wear to the corners/edges.
