This item is in used condition with normal signs of wear and tear including scuffs, scratches, tears, stains, etc... I don't have the equipment to test 78's so you are purchasing these all as untested. No refunds will be offered if it doesn't work. That's a disclaimer, but truthfully there doesn't seem to be any scratches or cuts that would affect playback. Keep this in mind when making your purchase decision.
