Original 1961 Stereo version of this Gil Evans LP with "A PRODUCT OF AM-PAR RECORD CORP" on the bottom of labels, and "RVG STEREO" stamped in dead wax. The matrices, not including this stamped RVG, are:

Jacket with moderate corner wear, light edge wear, no splits or marks, light ring back jacket, glossy film flaking up on front jacket, price sticker on front jacket. LP stored in original rounded plastic sleeve, which was soiled so it was replaced with a new clean plastic sleeve, LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with some faint scratches and/or scuffs over a clean surface, will grade VG++.
