This is the original deep groove pressing of Yusef Lateef “Before Dawn” on the trumpeter labels of Verve MGV 8217. The playing surface is in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once, if at all. The coated frame cover is in excellent condition, with a beautiful sheen, front and back; ½” ding at the top right corner; 1 ½” superficial break on the top seam, at the opening. Personnel include Curtis Fuller, High Lawson, Ernie Farrow, and Louis Hayes. $350.00..
