Here we have a very interesting and somewhat difficult to describe vintage LP.  The Yeibichei is a traditional Navajo ceremony which is performed for a number for reasons normally related to health or illness.  It's a nine day process, and on the final day the Yeis come outside the hogan where treatment has been taking place and dance in public.  It's complicated, but this LP contains some of the songs sung while dancing at night, and some of the songs sung and danced to as daylight approaches.  My paternal grandfather grew up among the Navajo, and this record was purchased as a gift to him by my parents.  Indian House records is still in business and still offers this ceremony, but the vinyl version is long gone.  Record is in very nice condition. I have listen tested this LP, as I do every piece of vinyl I offer, and it is a great copy.  It was unfortunately not the greatest possible original recording, but it's still very good.  I try to be conservative, but I will rate the vinyl and the cardboard sleeve as VG+.  There is a recurring pop in the first part of one side.  Everybody has a different perspective of condition, but this is a very nice old record.  It's 50 years old and could certainly benefit from a deep cleaning, but you won't be disappointed by the listening experience.  Paper internal sleeve has some very slight yellowing, but that's the only defect.  In my family for decades, and now ready to join your collection for your listening pleasure!
