Beautiful copy of the original 1980 first pressing of Peter Gabriel’s third self-titled LP, often called “Melt”, on Mercury SRM-1-3848. Features his classics, Biko, Games Without Frontiers, I Don’t Remember, and others. Features Phil Collins on drums on some tracks, the sessions where he figured out the gated drum sound he then used on his In the Air Tonight. This copy is just lovely. The disc has a few light superficial scuffs but it plays flawlessly and just beautifully. The cover has a bit of ringwear and some very very minor edge and corner wear, barely, but really it is remarkably crisp and clean. The original lyric insert is also included, in excellent shape. This is a top original copy, hard to beat.
