This
is the deep groove, RVG-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Horace Parlan “On the Spur
of the Moment” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP
4074. Side 1 has an inaudible haze; Side 2 also has an inaudible
haze, but only at a small area of the rim; the record plays
near-new. The laminated New York 23 cover is clean and bright
throughout, with sharp corners and unworn seams; 1” x ½” piece missing from the
right edge of the back slick (liner notes are readable). Blue Note
inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Stanley & Tommy
Turrentine, George Tucker, and Al Harewood. $200.00
