All records in the solid white sleeves came from a record store that went out of business. The others were an estate sale find.
Condition:  I'm not a record expert, so not sure about grading. These have all been stored in a vertical position, so no warping. They are all used. Some are in better shape than others, but most are what I would call good condition. I have not cleaned them, leaving that to the buyer, and am selling them "as found".
I have other sets of 1980s and R&B 45s currently listed. Will give a shipping discount, if you purchase multiple sets.
