This is the original RVG-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Dexter Gordon “Dexter Calling” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4083. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with light inaudible storage splotching at the rim; perhaps played once. The laminated New York 23 cover is in virtually new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate in every respect – with sharp corners and unworn seams, still in the original loose poly bag; ¼” bump at the lower left corner. Blue Note inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Kenny Drew, Paul Chambers, and Philly Joe Jones. $500.00.
