Jacket / Sleeve is in fair condition. I had it in a frame and it looked fantastic. These sleeves are a bit thinner than the usual so they are more likely to get worn. Still looks decent for sure. See photos.
The vinyl is very nice and clean. A few faint scuffs perhaps but nothing major. It looks really good also.
