This is the original RVG-stamped mono “P”-pressing of Freddie Hubbard “Ready for Freddie” on the New York USA labels of Blue Note BLP 4085. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once; inaudible storage splotching. The laminated New York 23 cover is in near-new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate throughout – with sharp corners and unworn seams; “Review Copy” stamped at the top left corner of the back slick; ½” bump at the top right corner; 1” bump at the top left corner. Blue Note inner sleeve is included. Personnel include Wayne Shorter, Bernard McKinney, McCoy Tyner, Art Davis, and Elvin Jones. $500.00.
