I am not a professional grader but I would say the condition of the cover and
record is as follows;
Cover Condition – Good+, with some edge and cover wear, about a 5 inch seam split in the middle of the jacket but is still intact and some light staining on the back.
Record Condition - Good , has many surface scratches and marks. Plays through with background noise. (cackles)
