This is the original deep groove mono pressing of Art Pepper “Smack Up” on Contemporary M3602. The playing surface is in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The coated frame cover is bright and clean throughout; the top seam has three tiny nicks and a 1 ½” superficial break near the opening; the back has a 5/8” adhesive stain in the upper right corner. Personnel include Jack Sheldon, Pete Jolly, Jimmy Bond, and Frank Butler. $100.00.
