Dick Parry Tenor Saxophone The Division Bell is the fourteenth album by the English progressive rock band Pink Floyd, recorded January–December 1993 and released on 28 March 1994 by EMI Records in the United Kingdom and on 4 April by Columbia Records in the United States. The main title of the album was provided by author Douglas Adams. In return David Gilmour donated £5000 to environmental causes and (on the writer's 42nd birthday) gave Adams a voucher to let him perform live on stage with the band.
