Vinyl:  G+ I will only grade this 78 a G+ it might deserve a higher grading but not worse, Only the lightest scratch/scuffs can be seen, 2 Small edge chips not close to play grooves, No feelers, Nothing that will affect playback, I do not try to clean the records, each one should be cleaned the way you have found best.  
Label: 1 side has label damage, Some ring wear and usage can be seen
