This is a second RVG-etched deep groove “P”-pressing of Johnny Griffin “Introducing:” on the West 63rd (Side 1)/Lexington Avenue (Side 2) labels of Blue Note BLP 1533. The beaded rim playing surface is in new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once, if at all. The coated reverse-frame Lexington Ave. cover is virtually in new condition – bright, clean, and immaculate in every respect – with sharp corners and unworn seams; tiny bump at the lower right corner. Personnel include Wynton Kelly, Curly Russell, and Max Roach. $400.00.
