1967 Reprise R 6261 label
The condition of the cover is about a G+ with moderate signs of wear, a name written on the back, clean white tape on spine and seam wear (see photos). The condition of the disc is also a G+ with considerable scuffs and some light marks. Plays through remarkably well in the superior MONO mix with absolutely no skips. Still an enjoyable listen to my ears.
