I can't quite find this particular version in discogs but I've done enough research to characterize key identifying features, and I'll provide the matrices (as best I can read them, they are faint).  As best I can tell, this is a Decca pressing, First press of cover with rainbow rim labels and a border around the cover. Key features are:
1.  The ''New Improved'' caption is in brown inside the picture and there is no ''File Under'' caption in the top border.
2.  The artist's name consists of both the individual names and the group's name. There are 3 Beatles names in the first line, only Ringo Starr on the second. The ''Stereo'' caption reaches over the tracklisting.
3.  There is no pressing plant number next to RIAA on back jacket right corner.
This is a Scranton Press with IAM in the triangle.  The matrices are:
Matrix / Runout (Version 1 runout A etched): ST1-2442- B6  #3   IAM   Matrix / Runout (Version 1 runout B etched): ST2-2442 - A1   IAM
Note: the "6" in B6 is a guess for Side A matrix - its too small and indistinct.
The jacket has moderate to heavy corner wear, light to moderate edge wear, small split bottom edge of jacket at opening about 1".  LP stored in blue capitol inner sleeve, split on bottom and one side center about 2" each, and with a piece torn out at opening center (see listing photo).  LP LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE with a few faint unfeelable scratches or scuffs over clean vinyl, I'll grade in the range of VG++ to NM, no spindle hole wear.
