This is an interesting piece of record history.  Vogue Picture Records 78 RPM discs were made in 1946 and 1947 by Sav-Way.  This particular variant is R744, which features Nancy Lee and the Hilltoppers performing Don't Tetch it on one side, with Judy & Jen performing Flat River, Missouri on the other.  Purchased new by my grandparents and in family possession since.  From a vinyl perspective and using Goldmine standards, I'll rate the record at G+.  It does play all the way through, but sound quality is not great.  From a collectible standpoint, this is a nice record. No chips at the edge, no obvious de-laminations, great color and just generally visually pleasing.  It does have some scuffs and scratches, but nothing that detracts from the appearance.  In my family for decades, and now ready to join your collection!
