His fourth studio album, This Is Not A Love Song (1997), draws comparisons to Stevie Wonder's 1970s work.
It includes a cover of The Stranglers' "Golden Brown" and the single "Say Nothin'" featuring Ol' Dirty Bastard from Wu-Tang Clan, both of which charted in the UK.
